We are glad to announce that Bilge Binay Kanat has been promoted to Managing Associate as of January 2022. She will be responsible from Moral’s Corporate and Compliance Departments. Bilge has been working at Moral’s Corporate and Compliance Departments since 6 years. She has accumulated a positive feedback on her legal knowledge and excellent client management skills. Bilge is experienced in corporate and commercial law, construction and real estate law, energy law and she is an expert in industry focused compliance practices. She is graduated from Istanbul University’s School of Law in 2009.
