In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“Law”), hereby Privacy Notice covers declarations and explanations regarding your personal data, which processed by Moral | Kınıkoğlu | Pamukkale as the data controller. Moral respects your personal data and ensures the utmost care regarding the security of your personal data in accordance with the legislation and universal values.

Your Processed Personal Data and the Purposes of Processing
Moral, processes your personal data consisting of your name surname (identity) and e-mail address (communication), in case you contact us via our form available in the “We Want to Hear from You.” part of www.moral.av.tr.

Moral processes your personal data with the purpose to a limited extent of in order to communicate with you in accordance with your opinions and requests, execution or performance of the contract, fulfillment of the burden of proof and compliance with legal obligations.

In the event that the issues you specified in the "Subject" and "Message" sections of the form in the "We Want to Hear from You" section includes personal data, Moral will process such personal data for and limited to the above-mentioned purpose. If you include personal data of third parties in the "Subject" and "Message" sections, it will be deemed that you have shared these personal data by fulfilling your legal obligations. We kindly request you to not share any data, that belongs to you or a third party, relating to race, ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dressing, membership of association, foundation or trade-union, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures and biometrics and genetics, which are defined as special categories of personal data pursuant to the Article 6 of the Law. In case you include special categories of personal data, it will be deemed that you have given your explicit consent to the processing of such data. Moral will not process your special categories of personal data and will destroy such data in case it is shared within the “Subject” and “Message” sections.

Provided that your personal data is anonymized, it can be processed within the scope of internal reporting and statistical studies.

Collection Method and Legal Basis of Processing Your Personal Data
Your above-mentioned personal data are obtained electronically from you via the “We Want to Hear from You” part of www.moral.av.tr. In accordance with the above-mentioned processing purposes and within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in the Article 5 of the Law, Moral processes your personal data based on the legal basis of the processing is necessary for (i) execution or performance of the contract, (ii) compliance with legal obligations and (iii) provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not overridden, the processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of Moral.

The Transfer of Your Personal Data
Within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 8 of the Law, Moral may transfer your personal data consisting of your name surname and e-mail address and, if any, other personal data specified in the "Subject" and "Message" sections, to third party companies that provides required technical services for the realization of the processing purposes.

In addition, in case a public administration, person or institution or organization is authorized to request your personal data, your personal data may be transferred to the authorized entity in accordance with the personal data protection legislation. Requests from judicial authorities will also be met in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Your Rights Related to Your Personal Data
Pursuant to the Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data:
  • to learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • to request information as to the processing
  • to learn the purpose for which the data is processed and whether the data is used in accordance with these purposes
  • to be informed of the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred
  • to request that your personal data be rectified if it is incomplete or inaccurate
  • to request that your personal data be deleted or destroyed
  • to request that the rectification, deletion or destruction of your personal data upon your request be notified to any third-party to whom your personal data has been transferred
  • to object to any result to your detriment reached by the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated means
  • to request compensation for any damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data

We kindly request you to not share any data relating to race, ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, appearance and dressing, membership of association, foundation or trade-union, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures and biometrics and genetics, which are defined as special categories of personal data pursuant to the Article 6 of the Law, within your resume. In case you include special categories of personal data in your resume, it will be deemed that you have given your explicit consent to the processing of such data. Moral will not process your special categories of personal data and will destroy such data in case it is shared within your resume.
