Cemile Tekdemir is an Associate in the Corporate Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Moral Attorney Partnership. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and data protection law.

She advises domestic and international clients on corporate law matters, takes an active role in private equity investments and M&A transactions, and provides comprehensive support throughout all stages of transactions, particularly in the drafting of transaction documents and conducting legal due diligence processes. In addition, she has developed expertise in the operations of publicly listed companies and trade registry practices.

Ms. Tekdemir has gained extensive experience across various sectors in transaction processes, including corporate structuring, regulatory assessments, and risk analysis. Her sector experience includes heavy industry, healthcare, agriculture, automotive, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), manufacturing, e-commerce, technology, and textiles.

She graduated with high honors from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2023 and completed her LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Sheffield in 2024 with merit. She is fluent in English.
