Dilara Kaymaz is a senior associate of the M&A/PE department at Moral | Kınıkoğlu | Pamukkale. Her work focuses on M&A transactions (both domestic and cross-border), corporate law, commercial law and dispute resolution (mainly focusing on post M&A disputes and shareholder disputes/conflicts). Besides her transaction lawyer role, she also serves leading Turkish families on corporate governance projects to institute well-developed sustainability plans to family establishments and assists international clients during their company incorporation and compliance procedures in Turkey.

She advises national and international corporate clients in the heavy industry, energy and natural resources, FMCG, automotive, retail, agriculture, textiles, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Dilara graduated from Koç University School of Law in 2018 and speaks English at a professional level.
