Ece Koçlar, is a Trainee Lawyer in the Corporate Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Moral Attorney Partnership. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate law, contract law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, data protection, and competition law.

She supports domestic and international clients in various advisory matters, particularly in corporate and commercial law. She contributes to contract drafting processes and takes part in legal due diligence studies and M&A transaction processes. In addition, she assists with trade registry procedures.

Her sector experience includes retail, textiles, manufacturing, e-commerce, and technology.

Ms. Koçlar graduated from İzmir University of Economics Faculty of Law in 2024. She is proficient in English and has a beginner to intermediate level of French.
