Eylül Bengisu Gümüş is a Senior Associate in the Employment Law and Dispute Resolution Departments at Moral Attorney Partnership. Her practice primarily focuses on employment law and the resolution of employment related disputes.

She provides comprehensive legal advisory services to domestic and international clients in relation to their day to day operations, taking an active role in all aspects of employment law, including recruitment, employment contracts, termination processes, and employee relations. In addition, she supports clients in developing and implementing risk management strategies aimed at preventing employment related disputes and effectively manages litigation and enforcement proceedings.

Ms. Gümüş has also played an active role in the legal due diligence processes of mergers and acquisitions transactions, particularly in assessing employment law and dispute related risks.

Her areas of expertise include employment law, as well as corporate law, commercial law, and law of obligations. She advises clients across a wide range of industries, including logistics, automotive, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), heavy industry, healthcare, and textiles.

She has been recognized by Legal 500 as a “Rising Star” and “Leading Associate” for her work in employment law.

Ms. Gümüş graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law in 2015 and is fluent in English.
