Kayra Menekşe is an Associate in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Moral Attorney Partnership, advising domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions.

She is involved in all stages of M&A transactions, with particular expertise in legal due diligence processes, transaction structuring, and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation. She has gained strong transactional experience through his involvement in numerous significant and high value projects.

Within his transaction-focused practice, Ms. Menekşe has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law matters, including share and asset transfers, corporate restructurings, and post transaction integration processes. In addition, he has developed advanced knowledge in corporate governance through his experience in private equity transactions and matters relating to publicly listed companies.

She has broad transactional experience across various sectors, including heavy industry, healthcare, agriculture, automotive, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), manufacturing, e-commerce, technology, and textiles.

Ms. Menekşe graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law in 2022 and is fluent in English.
