Selen Akgün Bal is an Associate in the Corporate Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Moral Attorney Partnership. She provides comprehensive legal advisory services to domestic and international clients in relation to their day-to-day operations and takes an active role in mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Her practice focuses primarily on corporate law, commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions. She is also involved in compliance and structuring projects related to digital business models and data protection processes. In M&A transactions, she actively participates particularly in legal due diligence, transaction documentation, and contract negotiations.

She advises clients across a wide range of industries, including heavy industry, automotive, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), manufacturing, healthcare, e-commerce, technology, and textiles.

Ms. Akgün graduated from King’s College London Faculty of Law in 2017 and obtained equivalency of her law degree in Türkiye from Galatasaray University. She is fluent in English.
