She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, private equity investments, joint ventures, international contracts, and banking & finance law. She advises both domestic and international clients, taking an active role particularly in M&A transactions, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, contract negotiations, and transaction documentation. She also has significant experience in structuring and executing complex corporate transactions and financing arrangements.
