Sevim Özkan is an Associate in the Corporate Advisory and Compliance Department at Moral Attorney Partnership. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate law, commercial law, data protection law, competition law, and mergers and acquisitions.

She advises domestic and international clients on corporate, commercial, competition, and data protection matters, supports the drafting of contracts, and provides assistance throughout all stages of transactions, particularly in legal due diligence processes. In this context, she has gained experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions.

In addition, she advises clients on corporate structuring, regulatory assessments, and risk analysis, and manages processes with a holistic approach based on her cross sector experience.
