Selin İvit is an associate at Corporate and M&A, Compliance and Competition Law departments. She advises national and international companies on all aspects of general corporate law, plays crucial roles in M&A transactions and conducts complex compliance projects. She also advises clients, especially family businesses on corporate governance issues. At Competition department she advises the clients on legal aspects of contracts under the frame of competition law during mergers and acquisitions transactions and advises them on correspondences with Turkish Competition Authority. Her sectoral experience covers heavy industry, IT, e-commerce, aviation and defense, FMCG, retail, energy and natural resources, agriculture, textiles and tobacco.

Selin İvit graduated from Koç University School of Law in 2019 and speaks English at professional level.
