Through the Transaction, Moral & Partners conducted Legal Due Diligence before the Target Company between February 22, 2021 – April 30, 2021. Moral | Kınıkoğlu | Pamukkale further drafted Share Purchase Agreement, Shareholders Agreement and Ancillary Agreements, which were signed on June 15, 2021.
